You can contact us via WhatsApp, phone, email or the form on our homepage. Tell us about your business, your market and your typical product range.

We carefully review every enquiry before responding. If the collaboration is right for both parties, we will invite you to visit our showroom.

Showroom visit

We present the season’s styles, fabrics and colours, and answer your technical questions. We listen carefully to your vision for the product and your store’s positioning, then begin developing samples for your approval. Customers typically select 2–3 colours per style. We also offer the possibility of customising certain details.

Collection selection

Schedule a second visit to review the developed samples, discuss any revisions, and confirm delivery times. If an in-person visit is not possible, we can arrange a shipment for your evaluation.

We document your choices, provide the technical specifications for each garment and confirm fabric availability.

Order confirmation

We will send you a detailed order document with quantities, fabric specifications, estimated delivery times and prices. You will review and confirm it before proceeding.

WHAT WE DO

We finalise the patterns, place fabric orders with our suppliers and plan production.

1–2 working days after selection

Production

Once the order is confirmed, it enters production: it is cut and prepared at our facility in Prato, then sewn and finished by our trusted partners.

Quality control at every stage. Each garment is inspected individually before leaving the warehouse.

Delivery

Each garment is carefully labelled and packaged, ready to be shipped to you.

Customs documentation, shipment coordination, and a follow-up call to confirm arrival and gather feedback for the next season.
